  2. It's not about the constitution, your "rights", the law or what's fair . . . it's about cops being upset that the WOKE D.A.'S AND JUDGES in their town won't prosecute so they feel they are now judge and jury. Oh, and don't forget QUALIFIED IMMUNITY

  3. I think it was well done by the cop. He responded to a call, the guy joked about stealing, the cop investigated, the cop didn’t push the ID issue and left after confirmation that the guy was on the up and up. The cop wasn’t interested in having much of a conversation and that’s fine with me. The guy knew his rights and recorded the encounter like he is supposed to.

  4. That cop did good tho. He didnt force to ID, he just asked, didnt denand. He made some phone calls and looked into it. Wasnt detaining while he did that. Remained calm even tho he was getting provoked a little to react 🤣

  5. This is the first officer I've ever seen actually do an investigation before putting someone in handcuffs. I'll give him credit for that. But it's just my opinion from so many other observations if the guy wasn't recording it might have went a lot differently. ALWAYS RECORD YOUR POLICE ENCOUNTERS AND IF POSSIBLE DO IT ON A LIVE STREAM. I'VE SEEN PHONES COME UP MISSING OR VIDEOS DELETED AND IF YOU SEND IT TO A LIVE STREAMING PLATFORM OR THE CLOUD THERE'S YOUR PROOF THE OFFICER OR DEPARTMENT COMMITTED A FELONY BY DELETING EVIDENCE THAT COULD BE USED AGAINST THEM IN A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION. Even if they have their body cameras on it means nothing because I've seen things go horribly wrong and then the body cam footage get suppressed until after the trial. Recording your police encounters can save your life or the lives of somebody else.

  6. You keep proving that you’re a complete ediot. You can’t even use the English language correctly. Get a third grade reader and watch some Sesame Streets with a two year-old and maybe one day you could be comprehending how to use English.

  7. When all the people become smarter than the cops, know their rights and the cops just keep raising their hand for a paycheck ,getting fat off the system ,then the system dries up, what will they do when we all flex our rights, and start disbanding bad police depts, running rampant over the communities .Cops don;t get it though ,the bill of rights isn;t there for them its there for us, to protect us from them. and their opinons, and assumptions won;t work anymore, and how they make up laws, or twist them to benefit them ,doesn;t work either what are they going to do. esp. when the people rise up and stop tolerating their form of policing ..you can bet the asshole cops, will be the first to run for the hills lmao .

  8. This is a lame ass excuse of a video.
The workers inside weren't aware someone was coming to do some work on the door and called the police.
The cop showed up and did his job to dispel any concerns with the owner and the contractor, aka doing his job as a police officer.
San Joaquin edits the video in a poor attempt to portray the cop as a tyrant when no such thing happened, the cop violated no ones rights period.
