What did you like most about the design for the new Na'vi tribe?
Yeah like some human races look different from each other, this was pretty obvious!!
I thought this type of thing could happen bfore the "*Way of water's*" trailer
Since Disney bought this franchise I’m having thoughts of them pushing a racial agenda with the lighter skinned aliens looking at the dark blue as an outcast
I want to touch on something and I feel this is quite important ,, CNN Actualy did a story on, and "Coined" a name for a condition called "Post Avatar Depression syndrone" or PAD , yes they really did that. just search "Avatar Film Allegedly Causing Depression"". But there is one big issue that they skimed over and never talked about, Avatar touches upon a lot of refetive mirror story layers that relate to the deep "real world" tangable issues that humanty faces .and for some people it was quite upsetting to discover "for themselves" the very real world genocidal actions that we historicaly enacted upon indigious peopel's.. as well as many deeper layers involving there own internal refection upon very real world issues enacted by actions of ones ancestors .. so it is a two sided coin to talk about if looked upon on this level..
Wait… different members of the same specie having physical variations and different skin tones all living in the same planet?? Get out of town!!
3:30 No joke, as a kid, when 1. Avatar came out i had an explosion of ideas in my head for other races and storys etc, one of them actually been people with those Squirrelwing-things The fact that you mentioned the same idea had me shook xD xD
(Anlther idea was one Clan same to Omatikaya but with completely white skin and hair who lives in a forest full of Tree-of-voices-trees… Or another one with normal Hands + wings like Bats…. Oh dear i am so hyped for this movie 😭💙 my love never vanished in those 13 years, neither my Imagination 🙈🤣
So each clan belongs to an element
here is the difference between the metkayina clan and the omaticaya clan, the omaticaya are blue while the metkayina are green, the metkayina have big legs and hands while the omaticaya have smaller hands and legs, the metkayina have bigger and blue eyes, looks like different races or subspecies and even another species of na'vi🤔
