Sombra's new buffs are ridiculously overpowered and unnecessary. Huge mistake by blizzard. The character was already OP in the current game. She needed nerfs not buffs
So I played Orisa for 4 hours straight, and there is definitely a very high skill ceiling. The outplay potential with a mini matrix, cc immunity, and a long range boop into a stun is absolutely nuts. The ult is the only cc immune ult in the game, which is huge, since she can’t be stunned out of it. I’ve found that the only hard counter to Orisa (at least so far) has been doom+sombra+zen with a ranged dps in order to stop her from walking all over your team. Also, side note- don’t get caught in a small room with the enemy Orisa. You will lose that.

13:00 … yeah… not remotely surprised. he's a heal assassin that has 1 less tank to stress about. Without as much cleave damage in the game now, it's gonna be significantly harder to deal with him. He also got a buff to his ult gain by 12%

As some who has played the beta in average tiers Orisa is S tier she’s in every game and is unkillable 90 percent of the time

This honestly makes me happy. The game feels balanced and it doesn’t feel like characters are BROKEN like OW1. I love it. Great tier list!

Personally i think sojourn e dmg has to be nerfed, moira balls dmg nerfed and cd on fade increased, orisa fortify dmg reduction decreased, sombra dmg to hacked targets decreased and emp charge has to be slower.

I've been putting so many hours into bastion at this point and one thing is clear, if your healers aren't looking at you every second at all times enemy reaper will kill you in 3 shots and theres not much you can do about it. That's what makes bastion D tier for me, as the hero is actual ass when you solo queue.
