New York City is an ever-evolving battlefield for some of the world’s most ambitious people. In this video, I explore the key deals, acquisitions, and companies that have shaped—and continue to shape—the city’s landscape. We dive into the high-stakes battles involving Tishman Speyer, Steve Ross, Donald Trump, Terra Holdings and how their iconic projects have transformed Manhattan into a global symbol of luxury and power.

– ABOUT PROBABLY SOMETHING –
Hey, I’m Kunal. I’m a Swedish founder in NYC and ex-investment banker. You can think of this as my personal business blog, but in video format.
I create videos about finance, business strategy, M&A and mental models to help me better understand our complex business world. Through my work, I’ve mostly covered holding companies, tech, media, healthcare and sports so those are naturally the topics I gravitate towards.
My goal is to constantly challenge myself to become a better business operator, investor and thinker by studying world class founders, financiers and capital allocators. I hope this channel will help you do the same.
Just sharing what I’m learning along the way and documenting my journey – nothing on here should be considered financial advice.

gold content, keep it up brotha. BTW how did you do those animations at the intro?
One growth stategy is for you to talk about financial structure of celebrities: ex: kardashians, Kanye, One chinese channel called 巫师财经 was very successful with this strategy. Use as simple vocabolary as possible.. this brings in attention, and use your old nutritious content keeps those audiencesto stay long term. just my 2 cents.
animations are top notch. especially the intro. highly underrated.
Good content. If u wanna know the real history of New York look into Robert Moses
