I don’t think Osha is connected with Mae at all. I think it’s a spell of the dark sisters trying to manipulate Osha by giving her visions of her sister in her dreams. Mae didn’t even know Osha was alive. Osha started having visions after Mae killed Indira. How come she didn’t feel her being alive for 16 years? They were not connected even when Osha was a trained Jedi.

It's Osha, because 1) hair length, 2) hair colors (osha hair is black on top and haer hair seems to be more red vs mae color has orange tone) and 3) make-up (osha has stronger eyeliner). And wby she could be there, it seems that master sol will not go back to corusant, instead, he will go to the next location to track mae.
