Looks for me that not lower level Players are scaled for pvp seems like they scaled lower Level gear since lower Players wear them , a 60 with full Level 30 gear has the same upscaling like a actual Level 30 ? Idk sooo weird , sorry for my english , nice Video <3

Hey I thought I remembered you from ESO when I saw you in Warpath discord! Try this out: Wear the highest GS heavy chest you have, then use very low GS in all other slots and see what your mitigation is.
