always rough watching someone who doesn't normaly play RTS , play rts lol. i hope we get some more gameplay from someone who actually plays rts, play this game. It looks really promising, reminds me alot of cnc3.
I agree, it was painful to look at her attempts. For 20 minutes of the game, she really did not learn how to send units to attack. But we saw beautiful graphics, beautiful explosions and learned that tanks are slightly larger than people)

Should've had her do a run on the game off-camera to familiarize the controls before recording it at the very least.

It is a shame they did not use real people for the cutscenes like in Command & Conquer but overall I can't wait. Exactly what I wanted EA to do with C&C but they are too stupid. Happy to see there are other developers who understand what made C&C games great and use it for their own franchises.
This is the worst way to showcase a game. Remember the way Blizzard showcased the SC2 demo. That was very good because it was paced and narrated

Yea 3D Realms are making their own version of Tiberium Dawn and are not afraid of hiding it. Even the talking head cutscene feels like an homage of Tib Dawn's mission briefings. Can't wait to play this when it comes out.

wow this has that tight red alert 2 feel. the fences, trees and environments are all looking very similar to that red alert 2 art. The bases look tight and rectangular with walls, just captured the stuff that should have been captured. These details go a long way!

This was painful to watch, ngl. She didn't even seem to have the basic knowledge of RTS controls which made for a rather annoying display. Not to mention his voice as well. I was gonna quit half-way, but forced myself to watch.
At least the game looks great and has those lovely CnC3 vibes. Looking forward to it.

Played the game at Gamescom, AI and pathfinding is a bit funky/unresponsive. Good vibes but needs some tweaking
