  1. People who talk about “teenage” Taylor in half derogatory terms are many times the same people who can’t appreciate well made coming of age stories or don’t see how she juxtaposes fantasies with realty throughout.

The writing on her first three albums is great.

And in my experience an alarming amount of grown up people act worse than any teenager when it comes to affairs of the heart and never learn a ** thing.

  2. I don't know about Safe and Sound and Eyes Open songs, because I always saw them as part of the Speak Now era, i don't know if I'm the only one. I see them as part of that era because in the Speak Now tour she sang one of those songs. And I think that they will be part of the vault tracks of the Speak Now Taylor's Version.

  3. I'm very excited for you to get into her pop albums but I voted for Fearless for the very same reasons you expressed in the video. Reputation is my favorite album of hers besides Folklore. But it makes sense to go in order with 1989/reputation/Lover. And I know you don't really care about her personal life but once you get there it might be helpful to have some context and know that between the 1989 and reputation album cycles two major things happened. First, the she was "canceled" because of the second Kanye controversy. And second, she met Joe.

  4. i did vote for 1989 next HOWEVER i am excited to see you react to fearless. as long as you know it’s a country-ish album written by a 17 year old girl then we’re good. fearless is a classic. PIVOTAL to her career. and good ass music if i must say. i’m glad you asked for our advice on what to do next but it’s even more important to do what YOU want to do 🙂 ❤️ THANKS FOR HAVING THE BEST MUSIC CHANNEL EVER

  5. obviously all too well 10 minute version is my all time favorite, but my second favorite is the last time, especially taylor’s version, the drums and the guitar solo before the bridge makes me levitate every time, the back on forth vocals in the ending is also the best thing ever

  6. Aaron! Just so you know Taylor is releasing 4 songs tonight, 3 re-records and a previously unreleased song from Lover. At least two of the songs are songs you are planning to do before fearless ❤

  7. the red album cover you were talking about was for the deluxe album… when you listen to the original version of fearless you might land on either the standard album cover with the white background or the deluxe platinum version with the black background.

  8. Taylor just released Safe and sound Taylor's version and Eyes Open Taylor's Version. Both songs were made for the hunger games movies during the Red era. She has now added them to the Red Taylor's Version album. Maybe you can react to them before you start with Fearless Taylor's Version. To really end this era!
