  1. I will forever be convinced that « I knew you were trouble » is about John Mayer, which explains the lyric « I damn sure never would’ve danced with the devil at 19 » , but also I feel like bigger than the whole sky is a reflection to her past self before this relationship, like she regrets the person she used to be « I miss who I used to be ».
I also find it funny that you directly thought of gateway car while listening to high infidelity bc it’s about her relationship with Calvin Harris and the fact that she « cheated » on him with Tom Hiddleston 😭

  2. As always, your perspective and analysis is so on point. I loved the way you absorbed and broke down each song.

Would’ve, Could’ve, Should’ve will forever be that song!

    Loving your reactions 🤍

  3. Great reaction!!! I loved hearing your discussion about Would've, Could've, Should've!! Your analysis was spot on!! 💖 If you liked Would've, Could've, Should've, you should definitely react to Taylor's song called "Dear John" which is from her 2010 album called Speak now! Dear John is about the same person that Taylor wrote Would've, Could've, Should've about! Taylor wrote "Dear John" when she was 19 or 20 years old. Dear John and Would've, Could've, Should've are about the same person, and they both discuss the trauma Taylor has from that relationship, and they both discuss how that person gave her so much trauma to the point that she's still haunted by it to this day 😢

  4. Gabbsi, I love your reactions! You are so smart, perceptive and emotionally intelligent. I can always count on you to understand what Taylor is trying to say in her songs and to have interesting and insightful things to say about them. You really get it. Thank you! Also, the 1st few times I listened to "Paris" and "Dear Reader" I thought they were ok, but every time I listened I liked them more. Now they are two of my favorite 3am tracks. I bet the will grow on you 🙂Hope you are having a good day!

  5. I think Dear Reader is very underrated because she basically tells us "hey I'm just another girl, navigating through life and I give stupid advise as well. Don't put me on a pedestol just because I'm Taylor Swift. I'm no holy creature that can never be wrong. I'm just like everyone else." (Not that it's my very favorite song on the album but I've heard lots of people not caring for it very much)
