  2. brah, pls take your time and make proper research, EV are in no way compareable to combustion in all ways its better for the environment… always. its just a physics thing and has to do with the effiency coefiienct? dont know the english word sorry 😀 but what you were talking about is false information from the industries… thing is we dont have to say goodby ever to combustion engines we just wont use them as a regular vehicle they will always have a place as a historic and hobby enthusiasts is up to us to make the transition to EV so that we still can enjoy our combustion engines. Its a matter of respect for the next generations and our planet and if we are respectfull im sure people will be ok with us being combustion enthusiast. Just like steam engines are no thing but surely there are many people keeping steam engines alive

  4. I want to address the "Batterires are more harmful comment". You are half correct. Nobody ever seems to take into account the amount of energy and destruction that goes into harvesting, refining, and producing petroleum fuel. That, combined with new methods for battery recycling mean that in multiple studies, they have the same, if not less environmental impact than fuel. That being said, combustion engines are way more entertaining. Here's hoping Porsche and their fuel partner can really make this methane-based fuel publicly accessible.

  5. For the e-bikes I would gas it and try to jump into the whoops if that would keep your speed with that bike I’m not sure about mxbikes physics but might be fast not sure if that would work but worth a try lol

  6. I had 2 Altas, they are really fun and allow a different take on riding. Not having a clutch is good until you're in slippery trail conditions. The rear wheel can go 0-70mph instantly so hopefully the Varg can solve the traction issues of the Alta.

  7. electric will never take over for expensive toys. nor will it ever take over in a professional race setting. literally no one would give a shit. formula E barely gets any viewership. and electric wil not take over for your everyday offroading people. batteries are terrible to produce, but if you use an electric car for 3 years, it balances out over combustion, not including the power to charge the batteries. not the same for toys. MAYBE youll ride 1k miles on a dirt bike in a busy year. youd have to ride the same bike for around a decade to make it even. it would be a very stupid move to force that down peoples throat. motocross and supercross would die out, rally would die out. most racing scenes would die out if went full electric. even nowadays, people are complaining about the sound of F1 compared to just 10 years ago with V8s.

  8. I've owned and raced an Alta Redshift MX for the past 3 years. I have tons of Vlogs and Gopro videos of it on my channel. Personally, I love the bike and it helps me focus on technique and reading the track, without a clutch and shifting. I usually pull really good starts on it, as long as I don't spin, since there is so much torque, but no traction control besides throttle input. I always compare it to my 350sxf. Very good bottom end, and snappy like a 2 stroke always in the power, but my gearing has it lack a bit on high speed. Raced it in the woods, Moto, SX, and AX and it works well for all, as long as I can charge before the second moto for woods or mx. SX and AX can run all day no problem. Put over 100hrs on it and not many complaints about it, besides little things like how some of the plastics are mounted. All around great bikes and love having a gas bike along side a electric bike
Also just got a Surron, and it's a really fun pitbike/playbike in stock build. Not much more than that, but still really cool to have in the arsenal.
