I watched a video of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia telling a member of congress that they do not strike down their laws, the Supreme Court just ignores them if they do not comport with the Constitutions. I miss that guy!

"Shall not be infringed" – This means that any law that carries any restriction for guns/gun owners whatsoever is unconstitutional. I wish I had the money for lawyers to fight this.
Does the SCOTUS have any way to hold lower court judges or governments in contempt for continued violation of their orders!
Until there are repercussions, & accountability for those who violate our Constnl rights, I don't see much changing.
When are we going to remove these Criminals from government ? One of these times they are going to push us too far, and when that happens they will be the first ones everyone goes after,. We all know how it's going to playout. It will get vacated, if not sent up to the Supreme Court, then NYC will defy again and the courts will show no balls and make no arrests while NYC Tyrant politicians laugh in the face of the Supreme Court's once more and for as long as they can and for as long as their is no reprecutions in violating out 2nd amendment rights.
Supreme Court's need to show their power and start arresting fake inconstitutional lawmakers and unlawful defying politicians.

The 2nd Amendment has zero restrictions. That means anyone can carry a gun. A 2 year old or a convicted felon. Is this the best idea? Probably not. Yet this is the way it was written.
There should be one interpretation from the UnSupreme Court; zero restrictions.
If you don't like it then change it. Otherwise stop infringing upon our rights.

What you are saying is that while the Supreme Court can make a ruling, they actually have no way of enforcing it.
People need to know and remember that Sotomayor is the judge who said reading is not a requirement for being a lawyer.

USCCA did not defend their client when they needed them the most because the thing is a scam. You don't defend past a million dollars and in a shooting it may well cost that or more, that is from one of your lawyers.

Problem is SCOTUS doesn't have a stick to enforce their rulings. It works be nice if they could find and jail everyone who voted in favor of laws that defy them.
