  3. Super awesome video Ann!! Great job showing off what your worm tea does for your garden and how you make it!! I've always wanted to see your bonsai, I just got my 1st one!!! The Background noise bingo cracked me up!!! Every time I go to film outside some random noise kicks as if on cue!! Heck yes I want to see you build a birdies raised bed!! My wooden raised bed are becoming soil and I need to replace them!! Again….Awesome video Ann!!🪱🪱🪱

  4. I’m going to save this video to make sure I review your recipe next year! This summer got away from us and we didn’t get our worm tea operation going. BUT, we have no aphids anywhere in the garden and no sign of leaf miners either. We have been doing straight worm castings drenches regularly in the garden. We don’t put the liquid specifically on the leaves, but just into the soil.

    Thank you so much for the tour, especially the bonsai! They’ve always fascinated me, although I’ve never attempted to grow them.

  7. Hi Ann: Thank you for ALL the videos. With a 2 gal. garden sprayer you could spray the bottom of the leaves for better prevention/elimination of bugs and disease.

  9. Even though I live way out in the country on a small farm in Texas, I do container gardening. It's mostly because of my age, 74, and I don't like bending over working on the ground. I have all my plants in either one, two, three, or five-gallon buckets. Some of them are self-wicking and others I just top water. I have never even given a thought to foliar watering with warm tea. I have always just drained it off the bottom of my worm towers, diluted a little bit like maybe 50% and then top water the plants. Everybody gets a little taste and so far no complaints from the plants.🤣

  15. I do not believe that any additional nutrients (except molasses and fish fertilizer to feed the fungi and help them multiply) are neccessary if you make worm or compost tea. The whole point of bringing back the soil bilogy is that it will make all the nutrients soluable and available to the plants. And the minerals (as well as NPK) are abundant in the rock sand and silt according to Dr Elaine Ingham anywhere on the planet.

    Bonsai questions: The juniper…did you make that plant from a cutting? Will you eventually plant it directly into the yard? Do the shallow containers keep the plants relatively short?
