25:48 – Funnily enough, a lot of Science side is based on crazy physics, like the Railgun itself (Lorentz Force) and her 1 billion volts is because on thermal power stations. Her Water Wings is similar to how she uses her iron sand sword (she used the static electricity between the particles to gather and manipulate the water vapor into wings, and used her electrical power to induce electrolysis, obtaining hydrogen and oxygen to use as fuel and these wings were capable of taking out air to air missiles.) 33:21 – It’s because Touma’s Imagine Breaker can negate God’s blessings on top of Magic and Science Factions’ abilities, so he’s not connected by the red string of fate and angels fear him (he’s not called the ‘one who purifies god and slays demons’ for no reason.) As for his arm, this led to him awakening more of it, which had dragons come out to negate her transformation into a Level 6, revealing Imagine Breaker as neither Magic or Science (and now possibly above divine/Religion, as well.)
The crazy application of powers is because they’re in a world where Magic and Science Factions are at each others’ throats and have to be on top of their powers to survive/be useful. You have Magic Gods on one side, like female Odin and Tezcatlipoca, Science has people like Accelerator (vector manipulation), and then there’s the Roman Catholic Church, Index (the map/wielder of 103,000 forbidden magic books), and angels. Science has the more believable abilities (usually), while Magic is more supernatural (Index is pretty symbolic, since it’s a criticism on the control of the church and related, while also being about superhumans.) Surprised it didn’t mention, but she can fire an iron sand Railgun while using a skyscraper sized iron sand puppet, used a lot of iron sand to create a tsunami that destroyed tanks and armored vehicles in World War 3, went to near space and used Railgun to fire a mech to destroy a satellite that could’ve destroyed the town by falling, and Rampage Dress is something she can emulate (an ability that buffs the user’s physical attributes.)

Misaka sounds busted. No wonder Rin Tohsaka is one of her popular MUs, Fate levels of bs sounds like a good opponent for her.
Hes really only win cons are skill, strength, and endurance well having resistance to electricity yeah he's dead especially since she's like mountain
Imagine Breaker is so powerful that touma is often matched up with Giorno since he could beat out GER.
