Be the adult in the room

Narcissists want to topple you off balance
They can’t manipulate you.
They can’t argue with you.

Narcissists are looking for fractures in your composure

They want to hammer away at you, but you are granite

What you need to know

1. Narcissists will focus on your faults
(they will invent them or exaggerate them)

2. Not allow narcissist to define you

3. Don’t argue
Here’s why:

Allow the narcissist’s words and behavior to ebb back and sink in

What he/she doesn’t realize, you are fighting back; but in a manner

they don’t expect

4. Think, but don’t speak.
He or she doesn’t know what you are thinking

5. No emotional reaction
Anger, depression, frustration
Narcissist want to get a rise out of you

6. Narcissist is now off balance

7. Don’t try to convince them
They’re already convinced

  1. Have an awesome sense of humour about your own faults etc . If they push and push gas light etc … don’t ever react when they are playing the game . When they are not prepared, shoot your mouth off giving them exactly what they hate about themselves . You are just as able to think negative thoughts about others so use every thing you can use at them . I did it ! They left me alone after I took the piss out of them lol Don’t be afraid to let them know what idiots they are. Then say nothing again . Just save it all for a one off slaying . I embarrassed the hell out of them lol 😝

  2. Eg : they call you names … like “ Weird “ response should be lololo Yehhh I am in comparison to you mate , your just way tooo boring , I’m authentic, your pathetic, desperate and subhuman . I’m sooo happy you think I’m …. Weird , Let’s say that I’m weird in your view and your weird in my view . Yayyy we can both agreeee . So let’s stay the hell away from each other 👍🏼 So jog on 😂😆😂😆
