  1. I don't understand what he is on about Brock and Kyle bieng on different page. Kyle said the goal is he is there week 1 but only God knows and Brock said goal is to be there week 1 but u never know so he won't say for sure he will be ready. Sound the same to me.

  2. You shouldn't knock Lance for visually seeing Mahomes and finally getting what his QB Coach was saying.

Everyone learns differently. He may have needed the visual aid perhaps in a side-by-side video comparison to finally understand what was being taught. The point isn't how you learn something, but did you learn it? It seems in this case he did.

He could have been working with QB Coaches that people consider to be good, but they just weren't connecting with him. Probably, just about everyone has had an "Ah-ha" moment in their life where they don't get something until something finally clicks.

  3. Trey will have had 3 years of absorbing the offense and according to his college coach is very good at learning so he will be mentally prepared and all that is needed is to get the reps on the field and away we go. Purdy may not have all of the strength built up for the opener and so we'll see how that works out in camp.

  4. Throwing mechanics don’t matter near as much as anticipation and coverage recognition. That’s what makes a quarterback. Lots of guys can throw a football in shorts and t shirts. Jim Drunkenmiller was a beauty.

  5. More long 50/50 field goal tries now with the new rule. Give up the ball at the 40 (miss FG) or 25 (fair catch punt)? Might be worth the FG try. Can actually benefit the 49ers in that situation.

  6. Brock said "I've already starting lifting with my right arm", so sounds like he'll be ready for Sept.. maybe the team purposely exaggerated how severe injury actually was? Trey could be fully aware he'll make 8 mil to be 2nd string this year.. could be ALOT worse!😂
