Now that the starter base has allowed me to reach the point of surviving, it is time to build the real base. I have spent some time mining and making a heap of parts so that I can make some quick early progress.
Quite simply that Sphinx is awesome… I was kinda expecting the second base to be the Giza pyramid! Can you fit two beacons into the eyes of the Sphinx? 😂. Are you not planning on building rockets? Will you need another space for the Rocket Printer?
This seems like one of those rare scenarios where keeping the annoying boxes from the lander would have been useful. You could have loaded your inventory AND carried a case back and forth.
I also have a question, why do you use frames instead of walls on the outside of the workshop? Is there a difference in pressure tolerance?
Watching you work is relaxing. Thank you for including the majority of the work (and only skipping the mining or parts manufacturing items). It makes it easier to understand why you might build things a certain way.
