It has been confirmed that ships will take off and land while you are in the city by Todd the home perk makes me wonder if you can get a loan say maybe for a ship?
You spoke alot about the ship's shadow on the building……..you know that's a cut scene right? You don't fly your ships into the planets or in atmosphere you select from pre set landing zones while in space then a cut scene plays showing your ship landing. Having high detailed cut scenes in a game now days isn't impressive it's expected. And yeah the scale of the planets are really small. About the size of a Skyrim map for each planet from what I've been able to find out. Which is why there's no land vehicles. The planets aren't big enough that you'll need them.
Sounds funny how Todd accidentally go kidnapped by pirates and didn't know it was possible makes me wonder how you deal with this situation do just take over the ship and land it so you can pick up your own or can you call your ship up to space and dock up with it and maybe take the pirate ship with you for profit or keeps.
