Star Wars: Clone Wars, RETREAT! OVERWELMING ENEMY FORCES IN THE CORE! ( Empire at War AOTCW ) EP16

Admiral Trench attempts to siege the Republic capital but is met with Intense resistance and is forced back. Before another assault can be launched the Republic masses the largest enemy fleet ever seen to defend the capital… Our attempts to advance cannot continue.

CIS campaign join me as we lead the CIS to Crush the vile Republic on the hardest difficulty will we survive and claim victory?

  2. Why don't you make a fleet, specifically made to counter the mass fighter-corvette fleet? Probably consist of Captors with advance loadouts and diamond cruisers (both variant)… The idea is to have the captors stay *NOWHERE NEAR!!!* the enemy and have all fighters in conjunction with the diamonds break the republic fighter-corvette swarm… And keep the bombers in reserve to break the capital ships…

Or mass recusants with fantail support, the concept is the same, except the absence of diamonds and bombers, and no fighter reserves

Fantail breaks any capital ship shields (and medium LCs wreck corvettes), recusants pound onto the capital ship hull with their 2× medium LR TL on the front and they also come with some medium and normal LCs so corvettes and fighters should be no problem, especially bombers thanks to the point defence…

You can add one or two DH-OMNIs for repairs and fighter sustainability…

  3. Captain Ardynn's log #5 aboard the Providence Star cruiser the "Free Trade."

Out first true combat deployment in a long time has been met with resounding success. The key planet and her advanced sensor technologies will serve as a major boon to our ground armies. And whats more is that the only losses our Army took were B1s and a few B2s.

This coalition of ships in a Confederate Fleet is no doubt the strangest hog pog of ships in the entire Confederate Navy, but it's our fleet. Ancient Warships, Pirate gunships and bombers, and Confederate ships make for a strange sight out of my Bridge's Window.

Word has reached me from Admiral Trench's fleet, an attempt to attack the Republic Capital of Coruscant resulting in Admiral Trench's First True loss in the War.

The hypervelocity cannon on the planetary surface of Coruscant was not unknown, and its use in the battle was expected. He did not expect them to use it on his already minimal support fleet. He lost a Munificent for nothing, although it is only a Munificent. But there can be no doubt that an opening like the one they had will more than likely never appear again.

    End log

  4. Nice series, just one question do the stations not have nay upgrades during space battles? I don see you upgrading in situations where you could hold if there are upgrades like shields and fire rate, etc…

  5. You should invest in a MASSIVE and CHEAP B1 army that you can use to literally blitzkrieg through all the southern mid rim world you take and leave a support ship over.

You’ll get some money from it and be some buffer world from your main ones 😁
