dont put non gamers as CEOs or as directors in video game companies, its just as simple as that, because only gamers understand games and game markets, whats good, whats bad, what need improvements, what need changes, what game to what game markets target, etc3. these CEOs and directors are not gamers, they dont know, all they know is about making profits and fvck anything else, thats including the consumers and the companies themselves.
The man replacing the current president will be in hot water if they attempt to overrule Yoshi-P and mess with XIV. I certainly hope he doesn't try to mandate Yoshi-P to do anything but I'm not holding my breath. If something is making money, they will want it to make all the money instead of some of the money.
Deus Ex could be a cash cow if they could competently handle it, rather than try and nickel and dime it’s player base.
I used to play a lot of square-enix games until 2008, but their pricing practices kept me away from them ever since.
Of course Deus Ex hasn't performed well lately…Mankind Divided came out seven years ago with no hint of another Jensen entry!
