well catching it in mid air doesn't really make it "easier to reuse the booster". Catching it means it doesn't need landing struts. As Musk said, they are leaving the mass of the landing hardware on the ground so they don't have to lift it. All it has is those little nubs on the top which stop it from slipping through the arms. Rockets are all about weight. Any weight you leave off is weight you don't have to lift, which means extra fuel you don't have to carry to lift that weight and the weight of the extra fuel.
Dude I love seeing that stuff! So great to see innovation
There are so many pictures of the starship rocket, yet they use 2 images that are not the starship rocket. 🤨 🤷
Caps😮😮
While NASA does nothing
Wow
So many angles… yeah, you baiting suckwad.
So they can do that, but can’t get Tesla body parts to line up correctly on their cars…go figure 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤣
Meanwhile, NASA continues to be useless.
Nice. Is he getting serious with his life?🎉
Why chopsticks? Forks are good.
It's just a video game
Define High stakes gambling. Mach speed multi million lb fueled rocket aimed at a rocket factory.
