Solving the Minecraft Warden

The Warden is the newest addition to Minecraft and with the developers outright confirming it has lore to be discovered, obviously it had to be investigated. Enjoy this exploration as we uncover the deep dark secrets of the warden, and the unsettling story hiding behind its blocky features.

This is a series called Minecraft Wifeory where I explore the lore of the different parts of Minecraft to piece together a story of the game. Not Minecraft, but the water rises or Minecraft Manhunt but a more story telling based series dedicated to solving the lore of the game.

  3. A long time ago miners went to the deep dark and built civilization but they were draining the land of its resources so a plant called sculk was summoned in the caves to stop them and they corrupted the cities growing plants that can summon all mighty warden so they made tools to stop the wardens but the wardens killed all civilization leaving the deep dark empty and player are what warden think are survivors

  4. Big theory the pillagers built the outpost to invade the ancient city which they did massacring the entire city but with all the commotion wardens came out and the pillagers couldn’t defeat them which resulted in them running away

  5. Just a random note, you answered your own question when talking about the waterlogged sculk sensors, it was to be able to activate them with noise and turn on lights and stuff without the sensors making noise back and possibly activating a shrieker

  6. But going with that what was the problem? What caused apocalypse on the surface? Zombie virus? Experiments in the nether? Withers? Were withers abundant in the nether and maybe they followed the ancient builders through the portals? Why should they be summoned now and back then they were natural? Maybe in the end we will come back to the story where humans abuse nature and nature raises against them. Maybe the ancient builders greedily took over many parts of the world and wanted it all but triggered some force of nature that destroyed them. Im not sure what the nether even is. Is it hell?

  7. What’s funny is before I watched this I used a sculk catalyst on my Minecraft smp and surrounded it with pillars with the block in the centre and sacrificed my friends on it to spread the sculk😅

  8. I have a theory that the warden is an iron golem that went into depression and hibernation from watching his beloved city of villagers slowly fade out around him, and now anybody that tries to mess with anything down there is destroying the the cherished memories of the warden, which is why it gets so angry.

  9. I think a small support for this is that, in a one on one fight, the warden can kill the wither. Although in the video I saw, the death explosion killed the warden in the end. But still stands.
While I can’t deny the small resemblance between the axolotls and warden, this doesn’t mean much. I think it’s just a clue of the warden’s nature. The axolotl is a creature found in the dark, so is the warden. They have a few shared features. It doesn’t mean anything.

  10. I remember watching this video back when I first started playing minecraft, and I still thought bedrock edition was the "main" version of minecraft, and it's so weird to look back at that time… I just recently found your channel again because of a video by Parrot! I'm so glad I found that video too! Keep it up!
