Just get rid of the sharpening stones. As a shammy, your weapon imbues are better, and you can't use both.

Player versus player PVP can’t be engaged but npcs will if you get too close and are hostile will go after you and flag you. Keep that in mind when you’re in Ashenvalr near Raynewood I think it is.
I think the reason you got pvp tagged was from your lightning shield.
