I think you should jump up Izanagi Burden that sniper is top tier .
Found the person who hasn't used Levathian's Breath since Lightfall. Most consistent damage over every other exotic heavy for purchase. It's clear you haven't used it recently. Test it yourself the DPS is surprisingly consistent
