  1. The thing is Sarah caused all of this lol. Bc she is a serial cheater. Her own sister said this about her. So no her trauma doesn’t excuse any of it bc she’s been doing this even when she was a Kook princess. It’s in her nature.

  2. Do I think Sarah is wrong for cheating? Yes, but it’s hard for me to be angry at her when John B and his dad created that situation. John B’s dad was the worst character in my opinion and he worked my absolute nerves.

  3. Love how the production crew couldn't find just one Indian person to let them know Persaud is pronounced Per-saad, not per-sode lol. But more importantly, Raef you dumbass you basically took a relic with historical value and completely devalued it. Thats like Austin Powers level holding the world hostage for "one Billion dollars. No, actually, one MILLION dollars"

  4. I felt sad for Kie this episode, but I also get where JJ is coming from.
At the start of the season he sees Poguelandia like a place where every single one of them is equal, he is far away from the concerns of surviving every day in a place where everyone looks at you with judging stares and attitudes ; even the relationship he has with Kie feels lighter because they are on equal ground. His desire to stay on the island forever is evident, he doesn’t want to leave and be faced with the reality of coming back to the OBX (he even says it on the boat when talking to Kiara). When they finally come back it goes as expected (or even worse than expected): he is practically homeless, he has no parents (the parallel between Kie and Pope reuniting with their parents and him coming back with no one expecting him but an eviction notice is heartbreaking), no money nor any way to make money because his reputation follows him everywhere. And I’m not just talking about the fact that he is a pogue, but mostly that he will always be recognized as Luke’s son: we saw it in season 2 when the cop expects him to be back in jail soon just like his father and later in season 3 when Mr Carrera says that he is just like his dad, a thief. The comparison hurts because we know how Luke treated him and how much him and JJ are not the same. But we also see why the others could think that, episode 7 depicts him and John B in the light that Kiara’s parents see them: a bad influence on their daughter. They crash the party, completely ruining a night that was supposed to be of celebrations, confirming Mike’s believes. So, when Kiara comes to talk to him in episode 4 he is confused, they are not on Poguelandia anymore where the future didn’t even seem like a real possibility. Even if it’s clear that he felt something for Kiara from the very beginning of the show (or even before the show) he doesn’t think he is the right one for her, that’s the reason why he has always pushed John B and Pope to try and be with her. He always thought they would be a better option. He sees himself as what his father always told him he is: a failure, a loser and when Kie tells him she will help, even if she means well, he gets more angry because it only goes to define their differences. He never had anything easy and even though it’s not Kie’s “fault” to be grown in a good family, he also doesn’t want to be a charity case. He rejects her multiple times during the season because he thinks he is not worthy of her love, he thinks that their differences are too big to overcome, so he puts on a mask. He acts like everybody expects him to: like Luke’s son. He steals the money clip in episode 5, he acts like he doesn’t care about Kie (even because he feels like her not coming to save Big John is the final betrayal, her final decision) even if he does. This season he self sabotages HARD because he thinks he isn’t worthy of her. He’s not just scared to ruin the friendship, I think that behind his behavior there is something deeply connected to his trauma and it’s so sad to see. I obviously felt bad for Kie every single time but the fact is: she also knows this and this is why the only time she reacts angrily is when she confronts him about lying, she really knows he cares. She knows why he is doing it, this is why in episode 4 she accepts to talk to him again and why she doesn’t get angry. Her sadness is not only because of what JJ said but also because she knows that it’s not what he truly thinks. It’s really amazing how much she tries this season, because it shows how much she really cares and knows him.
I can’t wait to see you guys react to the rest of their journey.

  5. Hi guys, I started watching your reactions to season 3 of OBX, and I really wanted you to start watching such a wonderful series "Nancy Drew", it's really amazing, I think you should like it. There are also a lot of mysteries and adventures and an amazing group of people who understand all this.

  6. Great reaction, I really loved this episode. I feel kind of bad for Sarah because even though what she did wasn't right, John B mistreated her when she went to talk to him at the Chateau. When he says that his dad is kidnapped in South America how is she supposed to know that when he lied to her and all his friends. She wanted to talk to him and he just lied and made her feel bad. She quite literally gave up everything in her life for John B, her family, her life, and her home, John B knowing this, still lies to her and then brings up Ward trying to kill her. Sarah had nowhere to go, she tried to go to Kiara's house and was turned away, JJ was nowhere to be found, and John B who was her boyfriend wasn't there for her. I think she found comfort with Topper because it is a resemblance to her old life. She never should have kissed him and I don't think she would again but John B blamed her entirely. I think John B went a little crazy hitting Topper, like yeah he deserved it but after he was already on the ground unconscious he should have stopped. I think JJ is self-sabotaging because he doesn't feel like he is good enough for Kiara, he doesn't think people can actually love him or care for him because of his dad, and what he went through with him. People are always comparing JJ to his dad as if he couldn't be any more different than him. This was a crazy episode. Can't wait for the next episode!

  7. Topper deserve that punch he try to drown John b in season one and he and his friends beat up Pope. I love Cleo and Pope together. I think JJ thinks he doesn't deserve Kiara that's why he keeps pushing her away

  8. One on the left always calling out faults from Kie and Sarah – to stop being quietly angry for JJ stealing and calling Sarah a monster for cheating… Not on purpose, but interesting to see patterns for who he has problems with when others continue to make just rash, dangerous decisions.
