Thanks for the German fleet scroll. I think the Germans realize they aren't getting the kinds of loss ratios they can sustain.
If you get enough VP against the Spanish you can probably take Portugal off of them in the peace treaty. Also if the Germans try something again it may be worth trying to take Finland off of them as well.
