  5. Seriously lost interest in this game. Came close a few times to uninstalling it. The physics are pretty shitty. Yiu have zero control on tarmac/asphalt. Some trucks have like 8 gears and can only do what feels like 5mph. I liked it when I first got it. But I was like 18 months behind the release date. And I can't keep up with all the new added stuff. Plus,it's just the same thing over abs over the missions are not rewarding! I have zero interest to come back to this game. Which is a pity cos the attention to detail is amazing on some vehicles and the graphics are beautiful. But I think farm sim 22 is way more interesting than this game!

  8. saber /focus need to really do more with snowrunner as it is getting to be the same thing with these 2 regions .phase 8 was great with 4 regions so why is it so hard to add 4 for phase 9 ???..its getting old fast dont want 2 want 4 regions for longer and better gameplay the austraila truck sim looks way then snowrunner but time will tell hope that comes to the ps4 or 5 .your ship is sinking saber /focus listen to your fanbase !!

  9. Man, I just think that a really sustainable and innovative addition would be to do a new season in Brazil, because there is a great variety of biomes and you could mix all the content in one. Does anyone agree with me?

  15. Imagine a map in mexico or somewhere in africa/asia

    Sand, light brown or even orange ground, narrow paths between trees.

    I feel like they do copy/paste coz almost every american map looks the same 🙁

  21. I like Snow Runner, but I wish there was more strategy in the actual game play. Some reason to use specific trucks instead of just using the "best" truck for everything.

  22. Sounds like the first Map DLC that manages to capture the feel of the first ~quarter of the Game. While difficult Terrain can be fun, i really like the Idea of having calmer sourroundings where the Garage is. Feels like coming "home". With difficult spots. where i CAN decide: will i go through the harsh terrain and maybe fail, or will i go the more dafer, but way longer trip. These decisions just wherent really there with every new DLC. At least thats what i felt. Moreover i played it a lot with friends. Calm Discord Nights. They aren't interested in being stuck the whole time and just crawling. They aren't interested in Stuff with engines. But they loved the vanilla experience as a whole. Quality of live stuff from Season 1 was great tho. Image transporting Vehicles without staps. Hell 😀

    Maybe a small town. And from there you start your long Adventures. Sometimes at least. I played over 400h in Snowrunner but i skipped Season 2 completely, tbh, because season 1 was not what i loved about the game. But of course, that is different for everyone.

    Also, it is kind of lame to have every Vehicle maxed out and there is almost NO use of older, less capable Vehicles. There needs to be Maps that offer both. I guess thats why Michigan is so popular overall. It is the Mix of a bit civilisation and the feeling of knowing that there are ways i can't go with what i have right now. But i can try it. With everything just Ice and deep Snow/mud it is … boring. I also love LIGHT offroading with a rig from time to time. Just unimportant 2 cents.

    What i learned while i was living in Iceland in my early 20s: Adventure is only appreciated by most People, because they know they have a place where its nice and warm. Makes the Adventure special. Mostly. Sorry to everyone that does not have that. A home i mean. But then again, you'll maybe won't be interested in playing Snowrunner in the first place.

I got a bit bored of this game but was fun but nothing to do but set up a new base back and forth with a trailer but not multi trailer options to get the game going quickly I don’t know maybe some other people in the game ai it’s a lonely game but so is being a truck driver not enough for a reinstall cloud does not want to remember me where I left off on the msfs most of the time ride 4 too space on the console is a full operational juggling scenario normally 80gb of space for anything game pass related your video was respectful and honest new laws in place over game streaming rights

  25. From Saskatchewan, Canada here. I'd like to see them bring in the prairies into the game for farming, to make more use of those tractors and such. However, I'd like to see them work out the mind mumblingly boring repetitive task that it is and put in a system that's a bit different to fix it.

    Grand Harvest with 8 loads of potatoes to the airport? Wow, can only drive around in circles so much before you fall asleep.

  26. I can say that I'm tentatively excited and a little wary of this upcoming season. Like you said it looks like a Michigan meets Maine kind of mapsets. Hopefully they can give us a bit more soon. Otherwise, I'll see how your review of the actual released season goes before picking it up for myself, once it's out.

  28. Here’s my dream fix patch :
    – dynamic engine rev sound instead of audio file playing when reving up the engine.
    – cockpit dials lights turn on and off with the headlights instead of always on while engine running.
    – reversing beeping sounds playing when engaging reverse gear rather than playing when moving backwards while reversing.
    – trucks with completely empty fuel tanks take several attempts to start the engine when refilled again.
    – when trying to start the engine of truck with empty fuel tank u get the ignition key sound only instead of engine starting and cutting off again.
    – water/snow/dirt etc effects on windshield and ability to turn on and off windshield wipers.
    – blowing the horn is continuous depending on the kind of truck/car’s horn.
    – dynamic hydraulic brakes sounds instead of the same squeaking sound playing and repeating when holding the brakes for longer distances.
    – option to recover back to garage without the trucks in the truck option menu.
    – tires sound effects, skidding on tarmac , stuck in mud, spinning on gravel…etc
    – selecting gears can now be manual.
    – selectable radio stations using the truck’s radio including news podcasts talking about the region’s events floods/snowstorms…etc with authentic radio signal static sounds .
    – leaving headlights on for too long while engine off can drain the battery causing the ignition key to not start, adding the ability to do a jump lead using winch and start the engine and charge the battery again “battery meter added”.
    – level in no longer capped at 30 and hundreds of badges to acquire.
    – ability to mark tasks on screens visible to other players to better delegate work and suggest tasks to other players.
    – multiplayer have chat window.
    – multiplayer now actually works 😊. Snowrunner now use dedicated servers instead of that outdated peer to peer connection.

    It’s a sad reality the developers decided to aim the game at pretty much everybody of all ages making the game boil down to “hit the gas and wait til u get there” philosophy , stripping the game of so much details a trucking lover might enjoy especially the fact that this game looks absolutely amazing , the way trucks move and swerve over uneven terrain, the water physics are remarkable, the smoke physics are spectacular, the map design is simply incredible, the sense of place is unmatched, esthetically the game looks spot on but let down by minor details in the hope of casting a broader net to catch more players, at least that’s how I feel.

  33. Seems like I will again enjoy this new map very much – but oh boy please give us Australia or Africa as a scenery with actually new plants/tree textures and models. And integrate more of the "map progress"-feeling: Let me haul tons of cargo not only to rebuild that shiny factory but also the really convenient bridge to it and not just some logs for a river crossing a few miles away to do this. Maybe make it possible only shortly before unlocking of the next map is possible.
