  1. I've never played Silent Hill but I love your videos so I will enjoy this. Maybe one day you can do an analysis of your favorite weapons in the Souls games. I love your stuff. I watch them all 🥲 I know you're not restricting yourself to just Souls stuff and I hope you don't feel pressured to.

  2. I think this video has finally convinced me to play Silent Hill. Having been dodging it because I am afraid, I won't enjoy it even though I like survival horror. If I do, it won't be until October most likely because of horror month!

  3. The Keys For Eclipse are a reference to The Wizard of Oz. Dorothy’s companions through the story. Also, the fog wasn’t due to draw distance. That’s a common misconception. It was due to the fact they stream the world off the CD in real time, and the disc speed isn’t fast enough to load a longer draw distance. Good video!

  4. Corrections:
    – Looks like I was wrong about the fog being used to mask the PS1's crappy draw distance. Heard that somewhere years ago and always assumed it was true. Whoops!
    – I thought the Key of the Woodman was a reference to Little Red Riding Hood, but looks like it's actually a reference to Tin man from The Wizard of Oz. Whoops!
    – I may have referred to our character, Harry as, "Henry" on more than one occasion. Whoops!

After so long of having Silent Hill music playing in the background of innumerable horror game/movie/creepypasta/etc videos, it's nice to see Fear and Hunger picking up some of the slack. In a Silent Hill video, no less.
