Rich old people like to pull up and walk 10 ft… grow up and walk, As a non driver anyone who drives to this area has issues being selfish. If you have a wheel chair or many kids you should have a reason. some people are solo with a expensive car… someone will go "parking?" then not shop? not very loyal to the small business are ya… Snobs
Real talk I ask to go walking here each week and I havent been able to go in over two years…. Some of you have conversations about rights and some of us cant even afford a bus pass….

Vendors before 8am and after 8pm, between the prime hours no; it's always confused tourist drivers anyway who look like they're ready to plow through the crowds.

It really should just be pedestrian only because it’s a market with multiple storefronts. Redmond Town Center did this years ago and it’s much easier to navigate whether you’re driving or walking.
I believe that the friendlier the environment, even in terms of navigation, the more incentive people have to go visit that environment, so it’ll be better for business in the long run too
Drivers can still get around, they’ll just have to remember that road is closed off
As for deliveries, there should be some form of barrier that allows for verified drivers to enter to reduce any potential risk for pedestrians
Service vehicles, delivery trucks, first responders, all yes.
That area won’t be expanded anytime soon but vehicles are increasing size one way or another with every new release.

Delivery vans, I understand, but why would you willing drive into there? I used to walk on the "road" to avoid all the tourists who would take up the whole sidewalk and walk sooo slow or take pictures of the "first" starbucks lol I only had a 30 min lunch then, I had to haul ass!
Ban all vehicles and make the people pay a 5% view tax on the meal tab

I’m born and raised in Washington State. I went to Pikes Place Market once in 1979. I was greeted by drug dealers and bums demanding money or cigarettes. I’ve never been back. The only change is it’s worse today than back then.
