  1. Read the ingredients on the back of the peanut butter, even the ones that say "natural". Quality peanut butter shouldn't have more than 3 or 4 ingredients. The other ones have lists of 12 to 15 ingredient items. Big long words. Usually those peanut butters with the short list are the ones with the oil floating on top.

  3. Sorry Tim, but everything in your Walmart cart is sooo bad, I wouldn’t even take it for free! Watch out for your health …. is all I can say. I’m yelling out loud here at everything you pick up and telling you to put it back!!!! But you do you …as you say. 😩 because so many ppl are now aware of the bio-engineered wording on ingredients major companies are changing over to the digital QR disclosure scan code to hide the fact of what it really contains.

    1. The most common disclosure method was text on the package
When Congress was debating a national requirement for identifying bioengineered foods, stakeholders fought vigorously over the electronic disclosure option, which requires a smartphone to access information from a QR code. Many stakeholders assumed that most food manufacturers would disclose electronically to make it hard for consumers to obtain the information and thus limit its value when making purchasing decisions. In fact, most bioengineered disclosures on the products I viewed were accomplished through text on the physical package. National food manufacturers that use text disclosures include General Mills, Kellogg, Post, Mondelez, Pepperidge Farm, and Campbell Soup. Both Giant and Wegmans also use on-package text for their store brand products.

    2. Some major food companies use electronic digital disclosure
Some major food manufacturers, including PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, ConAgra, and Utz, have decided to use electronic disclosures for their products. Once I was able to scan a QR code (which can be challenging for foods in bags, such as corn chips), I was surprised to find the link that arrived on my cellphone clearly identified the food as bioengineered and often used the USDA bioengineered symbol.

  5. For the little I have learned about trying to eat healthy, for selecting peanut butter, look for the natural but then also look at the ingredients and it should just have peanuts and salt in it. I recently bought the Aldi brand and it tastes great but Walmart sells more than one version of it. For bacon, Oscar Meyer, center cut, is lower fat and lower sodium compared to original or the Black Label. We sometimes mix the bacon up with Jennieo Turkey bacon and even the Costco Chicken sausage links are good. All sorts of new things to try!

  6. Hi Tim, be careful leaving your shoulder bag in the cart and walking away. Years ago my purse was stolen from the cart. Took my eyes off the cart to look at an item and it was gone. Take care and keep crushing it! 👍

  7. Would only take a second and your sling would be gone. Wonder if your mind changer is in it. After everything else in your cart, how bad would processed meat be? I don’t think deli meat is any different.

  8. Tim, you gotta watch out for those older women that help you find the pb&j. She had her hand on your cart. Maybe she wanted to grab your bag and run! 😂 You shouldn't walk away from that bag TIM!🥳

  9. Come on Tim. Everyone knows that Gwaltney is the best bacon. Try the Cherry wood and you will never buy anything else. Oscar Meyer is alright but it's not as good as Gwaltney. Believe me when it comes to pork products Virginia is the best
