Amazing video, thank you! Do you have any idea how many videos I searched before I found one that could simply explain conveyors?? It was a lot. And they were all either insane ramblings that went on for 1:52:00, or "here's how I built the most complex loader system technically possible". Lol
Love your tutorials, very clear and fun. Can you do one on the rocket system? I haven't been playing with that yet since the huge update. How do you start? How to design your interior? Nice to have vs need to have? ect.

I tend to get overwhelmed mid game, but I think you might be the one to help me get over my hang-ups. Thank you, thank you, and my hatches and dupes thank you.
Have you ever tried for the Easy Livin acheivement? I'm working on an all acheivement run and for some reason I can't get this acheivement easily (ironic, no ;P).
I can brute force it by empting a storage unit and have the auto sweeper fill it back up; but I have to do so manually for 10 cycles to insure I can do it and it's not fun.
I figure there's a better way, but I'm having trouble figuring out the rules. Sometimes it'll indicate the auto sweeper did more; but it won't count the day.
Any ideas on how to tackle this acheivement?

Fantastic guide. one thing I hoped to find that you didnt adress was how to make two rail merge into one in a T section. Sometimes it works in my game, sometimes it doesnt, and I still don't understand why and how it works or not…
Awesome tutorial. Didn't learn too much, but enough to make worth the watch. I'm pretty sure Amari can transport more coal by using the transportation tube system though 😉
For the rail thermal properties you should test which one if either has an effect on heat transfer between tiles of coolant which could matter for things like metal volcano tamers which have a lot of issues with needing heat balancing.

Step 2) Pick another character you like.
Step 3) Imagine them in a romantic relationship (fanfiction, fanart, and telling everyone else about your ship is optional).
If you don’t need to worry about power you could have a chain of sweepers with storage bins to get to it and it’ll go a lot faster

Great video, super useful. If I ever have to look up something in a game on YouTube I feel the devs have failed in explaining it in game. I was having a bit of trouble getting my head around the shipping and the little text descriptions didn't help much but the way you explained this is brilliant.
I didn't realise the auto sweeper actually loaded things too, I was using it to load a conveyor loader (yes I do realise that is loading!) then I couldn't figure out how to get the coal into the generator. You've given me all the info I needed so thank you very much! Time to build my hatch farm and power station!

You can daisychain sweepers with storage bins with the first bin having a priority of one then 2,3,4 etc. Then you can move 1ton 8 tiles per second. Usefully for robo mining from the bottom to the top.just let the liquid drop as you strip mine as you should also prepare a liquid sorting infrastructure in place at the bottom.
