i think this album and beyonce's are the best this year. alot of good music came out this year but those two projects feel refreshing, like something actually new was brung to the table.
Smino, Saba and JID all dropped killer albums this year it seems. I saw Saba live in October so hopefully JID and Smino will visit Dublin too next year.
Not even playing this is the album of the year for me, I ain’t even been into Smino like that but even tho I’ll get hate for this, This album felt like a better version of JID’s The Forever Story, I prefer the production on here quite a bit, And the dudes vocal harmonies are crazy, I can just feel the effort put into nearly every track on here, Not a single track gets stale, Every beat progresses and the whole project flows together perfectly. Really hope more people check out this album.
