Tropical island shallow water reef fishing is one of my favorite types of fishing! Snapper, permit, triggerfish and a variety of other reef fish were the catch of the day underwater with a chicken being the catch of the day on land! We then cooked it all up with rice and avocado for a fun little outdoor meal with a beautiful view of the ocean. What a great time on the island!

That "box" fish is a Cowfish! Cowfish (Cow Fish) are super neat little guys, and are epic aquarium fish. They almost gently flutter through the water!
