Shakedown flight from Oakland to Monterey in the Inibuilds Airbus A400M in Flight Simulator 2024

I know how to spend my lunchtimes (and what a difference a day makes) ! Following an overly eventful first flight in the A400M last night, I took it back out during my lunch-break today and tried to right a few wrongs. We fly from Oakland down to Monterey, use Simbrief, and let the Aircraft’s autopilot get to work. (Almost) everything goes like clockwork πŸ™‚

If you want a copy of the procedure I followed, you can grab it here:

Also visit the Inibuilds forum and get the A400M profile for Simbrief:

  1. The chocks thing happened to me too with the King Air. You can go outside and click on it (even if it is not there) and then you can go. I forgot to set parking brake and it started to move forward immediately, good thing you don't have to run if the plane leaves you… haha
