Saying that Syracuse "hasn't had a great QB since the late 90s" is false. Ryan Nassib was there in the early 2010s, and he set multiple school records. He was also drafted and spent several years in the NFL. They also had Eric Dungey from 2015-18, who led them to the upset win over Clemson, plus the 10-3 season in 2018. He's one of the most statistically prolific QBs in ACC history.
