  1. I know that not everybody can afford an online course, but I hope that the fifteen videos in the Shadow Work Playlist will support the next steps of your shadow integration journey.

I created this free playlist to function like a crash-course on shadow psychology with the intention of being as accessible and actionable as possible. I didn't want to stash the basics behind a paywall or email signup – I would rather you keep learning right here on YouTube.

You can instantly access over five hours of beginner-to-advanced shadow work exercises and lectures with the free playlist linked in the description.

Make sure to take your time with the guided exercises, and don't forget to buy the golden books.

    P. S. I want to say a heartfelt thank you to this comments section community. My channel is niche, and you've seen the Inner Work Library slowly expand over the last two years. I feel fortunate to receive such deep and genuine connections online, and YouTube recently told me that there have been more than 4000 unique commentors across my entire channel.

Thank you for showing up, I appreciate you.

If you want more depth, we can meet inside the library:

  2. "Questionable Kirtan/Shady meditation" has me messed right up lmao – it's simultaneously very Frank Zappa – "Cosmic Debris" and Tom Waits – "Intro/Eggs and Sausage" for the spoken word intro part. …I think just about everything translates into music for me, even guidance with repeated lyric lines.
When we went back and forth a little on Shadow Work last week I had no idea there were 36 books that existed on the topic even with it being as old as it is.

The morphogenetic field theory is really compelling, especially on the physical level in my experience.

I LOVE how popular self regression has become via Youtube, etc. A lot of the people coming into contact with it have never done a whole lot of introspection til now so they're getting a proper start. Child within: I've looked at that as the original blueprint, bookmark, and seed idea, which by holding a section of consciousness untraumatized and unadulterated by the negative aspects of physical reality, holds the image of the prospective true self/higher self for us to aspire to become through the corporeal experience. I *think you may have been saying this here but I'm lagging a little today. Also, that's interesting, you're the 3rd person mentioning a big trauma that began a downhill motion at 10 years old in fewer than 24 hours. Supersensitive age with a ton of changes and perceptual and cognitive leaps so it makes sense.
I gotta find people around me that think at our level, most people I know are consuming and regurgitating memes on social media rather than sharing their own ideas with each other in person.

  3. This is my favorite video so far. I have found myself needing a break from the deep psychology and your timing and explanation of getting on that "trampoline" of shadow work books is exactly what I needed to refresh myself. Thank you Jordan ๐Ÿ˜Š

  4. HI Jordan . What books of Lowen would you recommend if you cant buy them all? You mentioned Voice of the body is the best in other videos. In this one it is Betrayal of the body?.. cheers!

  5. Hi Jordan,
Congrats for the Launch ! I was very excited when you announced that you were working on a curriculum. I take a look and thatโ€™s seem very very good. I am broke right now but I find that the price of the course is VERY AFFORDABLE. You gave so much good insight over the years that i am sure that the quality of your teachings will be top notch ๐Ÿค—
In the meantime, I will take a look at the 6 books you very generously presented. Thank you ๐Ÿ˜˜

  6. I am new to your incredibly helpful and interesting channel and want to say THANK YOU โคfor dedicating yourself to this work!
As a newbie I have not quite understood the the inner logic in terms of where to start: Inner work or inner work essentials or the new shadow work playlist?
And it would feel very appropriate to pay you. Is this only possible with the new shadow work playlist by signing up for the course? And what is the difference between the course and what you will put online on YouTube?
