  1. I fell asleep toward the end last night. Just woke up and watched the last 15 mins. What a disappointment that dragon form was, huh? Anywho, catch y'all on the live show later! Hawk tuah!

  2. 3:48:00 "Imagine if Fromsoft made a Lord of the Rings game". I've always thought of that too. I wouldn't want actual Lord of the Rings ie third age stuff from the books and movies, the world has become too normal by then. I'd want a Silmarillion game, set just after the end of the first age and you play as someone hunting down the remaining evil that escaped the War of Wrath. Either because you're good, or you want all the power to yourself.

There would be all the Beleriand land still sinking under the waves, half submerged towers and whatnot. Filled with Elven artifacts and hiding balrogs and dragons. You'd see the light of Numenor over the sea, perhaps there's a way to teleport there? And from there, maybe even Valinor? And you could get around having too many nice NPCs for a From game, because even good characters that stayed behind to start their own kingdoms like Galadriel would have soldiers that attack you because they're fresh off fighting the biggest war ever and they assume you're a scavenger meddling in their affairs (you are). One challenge might be lack of big threats, but there would definitely be like "Shade of Morgoth" to fight. This would be my most anticipated game of all time, but I don't think it will ever happen.

  3. been lurking for all three days – can i say – how epic justin is at combat. so few errors, parry skills amazing, heals without getting caught in combos. I'm the kind of guy who will often get a boss down on the first go (due to my stagger build spectral lance ftw) but i would never get in close like Juzz does and survive in this genre like he does.
