I tried a 400 once with block start and electronic timing and i ran 59 secondes, my legs couldnt moive fur the last 50 meters , 58 seconds a lap for 7 laps is insane

Did kpmen have pacers and lights on track to help runners? I doubt it, which is why Komen imo better runner.
Racing times are relative! Put these top runners in the same race in the same time period(not possible) and you'll get different results and, different times! Yes it's all relative to situational motivation and fucus
