SHADOW KING TO THE RESCUE #marvel #shorts #marvelsnap

This deck is a bit of a thinker, which also has the ability to shoot itself in the foot if not played right, but can be worth messing around with purely for the satisfaction of seeing all your purposefully self-nerfed cards gloriously revert back to their original power at the end of the game, while removing any buffs your opponent gave to themselves with shadow King.

Worth noting that Shadow King is not going to work against ongoing buffs, you need enchantress or rogue for that.

Anyway, this deck’s a lot of fun and figured worth a share for today.

Shadow King doesn’t come up often, but when he does he’s very clutch.

  1. Much like Super Skrull, Shadow King is one of those cards who you either won't have any use for in your hand, or he'll be capable of some really kinda devastating plays. In this deck, the idea is to sort of hide your true power until the last turn, using Bast on Typhoid Mary can catch the opponent off guard, but using luke cage or shadow King on her at the end of the game makes her work almost like a second Thor. This deck is rather complicated to get used to but once you're used to how the core strategy generally revolves around playing Luke Cage as late in the game as possible, the rest sort of slots into place.

Sera is a must play if you have her by t5… But in some instances it's better to use Valk or Enchantress into your Typhoid. in turn 5. To this regard, it also helps to remember to play your Typhoid into an opponents ongoing card if possible. That way when you throw down enchantress she's killing two birds with one stone.

Anyway, deck is a bit confusing but satisfying when it wins 😅
