  1. Love the video Adam and love all your videos when you're venturing around Disney World. I live in Central Florida and learning about these Disney Vacation Club points is really cool.

  2. So you bought in April 2020 and sold in December 2021…….you said you bought in April 21 and sold in December 22 which would mean you had the Almanac from Back to the Future 🙂

  3. 9:50// few things to consider 1. due to the cost of the dvc property and that u do not use it every single day u have to pro rate the use and the use u use for this vlogging can then be deductible. so if u use the dvc access only 50% of the total days u can use it, then only 50%of the cost can be deductible, to start. in theory.

  4. 13:30//// Shhhhhhhhh please do not tell the whole world of irs agents, that u plan to not use the days for the vlogging use // just helps the irs tax u more than u need to pay in taxes
OK Corral time render on to Caesar all u want, Christian, but the fact remains u could use the pre tax dollars to pay locals for their trinkets and other items up for cash flow bids. just saying spend your disposable income to pay out to them that could use the cash more than u would need it // just an observation

  5. 13:49 gas prices have dropped 35 days in a row and the saudis have been told they can be replaced with other arabs and the use of neutron bombs upon them have been Approved by the True Christians // atheists have no jurisdiction on this matter

  6. Question for you… as a DVC member, do you still have to pay parking when you take your car? Also, as an annual passholder, are you allowed to park for free if you are staying on resort. Just wondering if there are some more parking perks for DVC members or even annual pass holders staying on resort.

  7. We bought our points in 2003 (50 years) at Saratoga, best decision ever, so wished we’d done it sooner ! We paid out right rather than financing it! We have 230 points! We used to do 13 nights in September and 10 nights in January when we worked , no we just. Do. September but have started staying in a one bed room instead of a studio!

  8. Adam you need to think about average people who are struggling to survive from paycheck to paycheck. Now I love your videos and I love you too man. But please stop bragging about how wonderful and awesome your life is. The rest of us lives in reality

  9. Same with us, Adam. We can visit whenever we want. If we want value studio at AKV, that requires an 11 month booking or a lot of stalking- but I have gotten 5 nights at AKV in September for 35 points! Love our DVC! We bought AKV but are staying 6 nights at the Boardwalk villas in September. Hope to see you at Moonlight Magic or at the Top of the World Lounge 🙂

  10. I have a question about DVC that I can't seem to find a clear answer on. If someone has a home resort of Hilton Head with like 150 points, can they use those points at any resort no matter how much they paid per point? Or do they need to pay a fee to use them at say Old Key West or Riviera where the cost per point might have been higher?

  11. I feel sorry for people who buy into this company I don’t own any stocks or vacation club. I had the chance years ago when property near contemporary was expanding. I am so glad I didn’t do it. Stocks with Disney are dropping. People that keep buying into this will probably lose something in the next few years. I say something very bad with the Disney company is gonna happen in the future. People need a wake up call. Oh well. Congrats but do something else better with your money. Just a suggestion.

  12. I love how around the 20:06 mark the Skyliner box makes a noise and interrupts you mid sentence with a look of WHAT THE HECK! and it quickly goes to the next scene lmao random but made me laugh

  13. Do you usually go by yourself to Disney? I don't mean to be intrusive but I've gone by myself and although it was fun I felt a little strange . Mostly because of others reactions not my own. Sort of like when you feel fine with the situation but other people are like what are you doing and why? And then you start questioning it

  14. Can someone tell me what the benefit is going direct sale via Disney for DVC instead of a resale? It seems that some people like to have at least one contract with direct sales and then the rest they do resale but I don't know what the benefit is of the direct sale if someone could please tell me
