This special highlights the world famous San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park through the years. We’ve covered both parks extensively since the 1950s. We opened up our vault to share our amazing collection of stories. From a summer school class in 1954 to the naming ceremony of panda Hua Mei in 1999, and the death of Ken Allen in 2000–we were there. Carlo Cecchetto is our guide.
