  1. It is true that Samsung really has a big influence on Korea, and many young people want to get a job at big companies like Samsung, LG Hyundai, and Kia. But everyone, think about it. Samsung and other large corporations only allow 5% of Koreans to enter. So what about the remaining 95%? Shall we be weeded out and live like a beggar? no. Korea's per capita gdp is about $35,000 (to be honest, I can't agree with that number because people who have been employed and settled for several years earn more than $40,000.) If you can't get a job, you usually get a job at a small and medium-sized business. If you get a job for 3-5 years, you can usually earn between $40,000 and $50,000 a year. Of course, with this kind of money, it will be difficult to catch up with Korea's exorbitant house prices and prices, but Koreans never try to be Samsung men. Because Samsung is never a stable job. And big companies like Samsung only admit people in the top 5% of prestigious universities, and many barely even apply.

    +Edit

And Koreans live a similar life even if they do not go to large companies. Of course, if you get a job at a large company, you can live a better life financially, but that only applies to 5%. Many people tend to think that Koreans cannot live a comfortable life financially unless they go to a large company because of the high prices and housing prices in Korea, but this is a false fact.

  2. other big companies wants to move to overborad bc of the high tax and shitty workers, but they can't bc samsung is enduring. If Samsung leaves korea mostly big companies in korea will leave the country, bc samsung is their head. But Samsung is not leaving it…bc you know patriotism..

  3. As a Korean, i do not agree with this video. Yes, Samsung is a giant company. But it employees a lot of people and creates jobs. In turn, created tax revenue for the government. It's a win, win for the company and people of Korea. This video was old. Looks like the video was uploaded again a new 3 months ago.

  5. Samsung is just a survivor there was more and bigger companies they all eliminated by politicians. Because there were not cooperating to politicians. If you are interesting about korean politics, you know samsung is not that powerful compare to politicians. Even CEO of samsung got in jail and didn’t get proper surgery in time so he lost some of intestine. If you think samsung is dominating south korea, please wake up.

  7. I got your points but what you are saying here can easily be picked up by pro socialism and left leaning activists in South Korea and used for their political propaganda with an intention to threw over liberal democracy and pro western government in Seoul. These activists often associate with Chinese communist regime and North Korea. In fact this Samsung Family has suffered enough, including serving jail times by South Korean politics under different pretexts, exasperated by jealous Cheolado sentiment. Before I forget, what you said here about President Part and Choi Sunsil blah blah has legally turned out ungrounded, a pure lie!

  8. Apple's market value in the US is 10 %. Its economic value is also valued at about 10 $% of the entire US economy. Why don't you run an article about Apple sucking in all the money from the Americans yet not producing a single piece of hardware on the US soil?

  9. As a korean, samsung is too dirty company.
When iphone came out, Samsung bribing to everyone who can stop the apple step in to korea. At that moment, samsung didn’t have “smart phone” so every companies and government in korea try to stop the iphone comes in to korea until samsung have a “phone”
Every korean knows this. But no one can complain because they control the government. They cut off small companies and stealing technology from smaller companies Same as hyundai. I hate samsung and hyundai.

Did you know korea didn’t have 1 single apple store until 2018. That talks a lot of it.

  11. Fact:

“There’s MANY false informations in this video, as the person who made this, just used whatever he see from the internet, that we ALL know that MANY of those was just made-up, and FULL of wrong informations.”

If y’all will cover a big company, especially one country, please go to their country, and TALK to their people, and compile more those information from their OWN records NOT from the interwebz, that’s full of absurd and-exaggerated write-ups, period.

Have a great day to y’all!
