I liked most the explaination about separating myself from my mind & my body!! Cos then I "flew" out on the balcony and watched myself sitting on my benk in lotus (kindof…🧘<not that clever!) And I just started to giggle& laugh, in spite of my misery!!!
sit and meditate without trying…to achieve a goal. Breathe… without straining and simply relax. And let the flower of energy do it naturally, without forcing it.🌏no love, no fear, no hate…NO DESIRE…just the peace inside our body's temple!

3 Tips on HOW to start meditating:
1. Remove all distractions – find a quiet place
2. Calm down – the simple and natural way is slow down your breathing
3. Direct the mind – focus on a certain subject (concentration meditation) or start observing (mindfulness meditation). Its two different types of meditation
Here we go again, this man is so shallow, he truely thinks his the only one who knows and does things right. Seriously, what patronizing man telling people his way is the right way to meditate loool. Jaggi are you implying that ancient sadhus, sage, learned people didn't teach right way to meditate!!!

I liked this whole talk.But the end of suffering by separating mind and body from yourself was the best part of it. It opened up a new method for meditation. And the when you get free from self preservation
it'll open up other dimensions of life was a real enlightenment. Sadhguru is a genuine master.
