  1. S.E.A is a fantastic idea, because its a park property like JC, PotC, etc. and not "the popular movie" /we need to tie this IP into the parks somewhere idea. SEA has so many links to the other parks, to the Adventurer's Club, and its fanbase has been dedicated for years trying to uncover this "Secret" society. This would be an attraction that can only be added to, and it can become it's own staple in Adventureland, just like the Swiss Family Tree House is a staple in WDW.

Even with SEA becoming less subtly referenced in the parks, watching the fandom and lore grow over the years has been really fun and it's been the most "Disney magic" I've seen across the parks in a long time. Elements like S.E.A, Peter Begorra, Trader Sam, Tom Morrow, etc., are the details and layered stories/theming that IMO gives Disney Parks a sense that they're lived in/more than just theme parks. No matter where you look, where or not you realize it, there is a story happening nearby you.

  2. I've liked the SEA idea since I first went to DisneySea in 2009, but it's getting a bit overdone. It's fine as a cute reference in Soarin' or Tower of Terror, but the way it got used in Skipper Canteen kind of hurts the Jungle Cruise's theme (e.g.: it totally kills that joke about Schweitzer Falls). Having an attraction fully based on SEA is a bit much. I'd actually prefer Encanto over that.

  3. Oh that’s an interesting turn of events … if it is SEA than that would be great … but I was kinda looking fwd to the tech that could be interjected to make this treehouse so fun to interact w … I am so sad this is for a limited time … I screamed at the screen when I saw quantum hulk presented at d23 😁

My parents my siblings my grand parents my aunts my uncles my and I went to disneyland once when I was 3 in 2003 and I wish I wanted to go back to disneyland, but unfortunately I am in ohio and my parents and I can't afford plane tickets to back to California and tickets to go back to disneyland.😔

  5. I am floored that the lamp in Walt's apartment was replaced with something closer to Walt's lamp, not something from the gift shop.

Encanto is good, and I could see an Encanto attraction, but a SEA Treehouse?! Oh hell yes. A thousand times yes. My house is themed to Disney, each room is a different land. One room is solid Adventureland with maybe a dozen different SEA references. I can't hope for SEA to happen enough.

As for Encanto, there's that plot of land to the west of BTMRR, the former cave tunnel of Mine Train Through Nature's Wonderland. Fill in that "pond" where the animatronic bears and jumping fish used to be and you can make the Encanto House there. It would fit in better with the Frontierland theme, but be off in the "jungle" just enough to be detached and in it's own world.

  6. I never understood the level of hype with Encanto… it was a GREAT movie, yes, but oh my lord it does not hold a candle to other well received disney treasures(lion king/Frozen/etc.) I would love an Encanto attraction, but to add it to EVERY park in multiple locations is a little crazy…
