So I got that map on official and then it was wiped and taken away so does that mean it's only on test and wasn't supposed to be on official

I'm stuck inside of power plant and the doors won't open
i did this constantly a couple months ago when i used to play. i just started again today and when i went to do the puzzle once i activated the timer it always ran out just before i could run to the green card door. is this some sort of glitch? i tried to do this several times but the door always lost power right before i made it.
