2. @JakeBroe – I have been following your channel since the war started and I am fully behind the hard work you do. However I must disagree with you about the Hamas attack on Israel. Hamas did not start the war, Israel has caged the Palestinians in their own land and have killed men, women and children under their illegal occupation for decades. Why are we supporting Ukraine ? Because we don't want a big bully nationalistic state murderously crushing its smaller neighbour – that has been the situation with Israel and Palestine for 60 years. No wonder Hamas has fought back, but dont punish the Palestinians. Jake you must be consistent in your opinions.

5. contrary to russian belief, all the chaos in the rest of the world only makes me want to solve the russian invasion of Ukraine problem faster. Lets hurry up and end this thing so we can focus on other issues. Either that, or we just multi task. Fight on multiple fronts across the globe… Russia and USA have been fighting proxy wars for decade's.. Ukraine only being one of many.. It seems Putin is now trying to use his Wagner group and underground operations to destabilize the middle east and Africa.. Strategically this makes sense.. why keep fighting Ukraine when you first must disrupt Ukraine's main support .. USA and NATO.. This is Russia's attempt to regain footing.. Ukraine is a set back but not a Defeat.

Yes, Israel has the right to defend herself luke Ukraine or any other country under attack but it also has to respect international humanitarian law and human rights.     But dual-citizenship is stupid. What exactly are that person's obligations to each country? What if there's a war between the two?

    But if we're going to have it, people can't just use the one that's more convenient any time they want. If an Israeli-American dual citizen is in Israel, he's not an American just because he got captured. He's an Israeli who is allowed the rights of an American citizen when he's in the US.

    Are there ANY hostages in Gaza who are not also Israeli citizens? We definitely need to look out for them. But for the dual citizens, I think the Israeli government needs to negotiate for them.

36. The fact of Hamas being a terrorist organization deserve obliteration, no question there. They are wholly responsible for the outrageous atrocities committed in this Terrorist attack into Israeli territory, but it is no reason to suggest or condone War Crimes as a retaliation. The Israeli Ambassador to UK stated that there was no Humanitarian Crisis in Gaza and compared Hamas to Hitler by implying the existential threat posed then exists in Israel now from Hamas; so Israel had the right to defend itself in any way it saw fit. The right to defense is immutable, and Israel is right to apply it, but genocidal talk of routing out Nazis and the use of any means necessary is condemned from the mouth of Putin, but ignored from the Israeli Ambassador. Careful that the horrors committed by few does not bias the plight of the innocent majority of Gazan civilians in your reporting. Any deliberate attack on civilians by a military is a War Crime and should be viewed as so. We have prosecuted many, even our own, for them. We look to prosecute Russians in the future. Should we not prosecute War Crimes committed outside of Ukraine too?

38. Sadly – I’d like to see the same level accountability held against atrocities committed by the IDF over the last decade. I don’t recall this level of scrutiny during the Gaza Massacre. I do ,however, recall the US using its powers of veto to prevent the IDF being censured for the same brutality that Hamas has committed. Britain and the US technically started this in 1947 when they told the Palestinian people they no longer owned their own country. I do not condone in ANY way what Hamas has done but I’m constantly confused at the level of hypocrisy displayed by the west when the Israel military murders and displaces civilians. It’s as if our governments want us to think this is completely spontaneous and nothing has lead to it’s cause (smh)

You said you live in 2023 and can't understand how a Jewish state can't peacefully exist in the middle of the Middle East; and I agree but your comment fell short of wanting ALSO to see, in 2023, that the Palestinians deserve a peaceful place to exist in the middle of the Middle East as well. You say the solution is simple yet fail to acknowledge Palestine and Palestinians' right to exist as as a free state just like Israel. That's more like 1973 Jake, which is too archaic for "simple" solutions in 2023.

He thought he’d walk into Ukraine and they are embarrassing him with their resistance to his expansiones attempts. He insisted that Ukraine cannot be allowed to join NATO and instead Finland and Sweden join NATO. And finally when it gets to be known in Israel that Putin was behind the killing of Israelís will totally have Israel to worry about.
