Roi Reviews: Death Road to Canada

No body cooled it.

My second ever review for a game I’ve been playing on and off for years now. DRtC is a great rouge like with fun character customization, goofy special events, and pulse pounding fights where a single mistake could spell your end.

If more reviews are something you want to see in the future, let me know in the comments below and I might actually make more than one review a year!

Songs Used:
All tracks in the video come from DRtC’s soundtrack, except
Harmonica Beatboxing – Dan Murphy
Let’s All Rock The Heist – Robert J Lake
Summer Love – Widdly 2 Diddly

  1. I'm glad you pointed out how Marathon Mode is so hard, I never really see it being mentioned anywhere. I'd argue it's the hardest mode because zombie size scales WAY too fast. You need to be lucky to get good weapons/companions. Kiting becomes useless when the zombie size scales way too fast early on when you don't have much, and don't have a lot of room to work on.

I don't get why they made zombies scale way too fast in Marathon Mode, other modes and even Endless doesn't scale up that fast.

I think to have made this review more appealing, you should've mentioned that the game looks boring when you watch it, but when you're the one playing it's a blast

  2. I remember this game. I played it for 8 hour straight when I bought it on mobile and beat it the same day.

If I remember correctly I won the run with my custom character. The cave man (woman). a penguin (Not an actual penguin) and some random I pickup who for the sake of me feeling bad I can't remember anything unique about him we'll call joe

  3. God I really love how much experimenting and playing through roads differently pays off in the long run since your own knowledge and experience with different scenarios basically gives you control over your fate regardless of how bad your luck is or who you’re stuck with in the road.

I just bought the game again recently after remembering how fun clearing all the roads was 3 years ago and I managed to speed run through most roads until I hit that marathon roadblock again. The new scenarios and characters really sparked some insane fear and uncertainty at times
