Robert Young, Randolph Scott Western Movie | Adventure Wild West Movie Western Union

Based on a short story by Zane Grey. 1860s. The Western Union Company runs a telegraph line through the entire Wild West from Omaha to Salt Lake City. Adventurer Vance Shaw, who recently took part in a bank robbery, rescues an employee of the company, Edward Creighton, who was wounded in the middle of the desert. A little later in Omaha, Creighton hires Vance as a scout for Western Union. Crichton has a sister, Sue; she is simultaneously looked after by Vance and the dandy Richard Blake, who works as an engineer on the line. After the workers leave the camp, livestock disappears. Indians are blamed for the theft. Vance is of a different opinion. He finds the thieves: these are white people dressed as Indians – former accomplices of Vance, bandits of the famous Jack Slade. They pretend to fight for the Confederates, but this is just an excuse to line their pockets. Vance can’t betray former friends. He returns to camp and wants to resign, but Creighton won’t accept it…

  2. Tom Selleck could have you for false advertising. This is pure and simply Click Bait. Disgusting. Randolph Scot was a good enough actor to deserve his own picture in an advert. for his films. Please, I will not be watching your movies from now on, this is a very low and deceptive way of treating your viewers. Why lie to all of us?

  4. Western Union is a 1941 American Western film directed by Fritz Lang and starring Robert Young, Randolph Scott, and Dean Jagger.[1] Filmed in Technicolor on location in Arizona and Utah, in Western Union Scott plays a reformed outlaw who tries to make good by joining the team wiring the Great Plains for telegraph service in 1861. Conflicts arise between the man and his former gang, as well as between the team stringing the wires and the Native Americans through whose land the new lines must run. In this regard, the film is not historically accurate; Edward Creighton was known for his honest and humane treatment of the tribes along the right of way and this was rewarded on the part of the Indians by their trust and cooperation with Creighton and his workers. The installation of telegraph wires was met with protest from no one.[2]

The film is based on the novel Western Union by Zane Grey, although there are significant differences between the two plots.[

I've seen this movie, WU. Using a still from Quigley Down Under as click bait. Saw that one too. Just popped in to let all the other viewers know how funny you are and maybe alter their viewing habits. Not nice to fool people.
