  1. I seen both videos you made of this game. It looks great but it feels shallow unfortunately, like there is not much to it. I tend to like game that are much fuller but it's a game to play between others games.

  2. I got the game after your first vid. At times the game is a bit simplistic but once I raised the difficulty I started to enjoy it more.

It's fun but confused. At times it feels like a game for children but the upgrade mechanics for the weapons as well as ingredients for some recipes seem aimed at an older audience. Not simple and relaxing enough to be a cozy, not complex enough to be a proper RPG… more like in the middle somewhere.

  3. The art style doesn't bother me. I really like that it looks like a picture book that kids will like and the color choices will get their attention. Because most children books usually used bright and sharp colors.

  4. I had a lot of fun with this game but got another game that I stopped playing for. I think it was Dinkum but I forget because there is always something else around the corner to play it seems.

  5. I'm enjoying egglia right now. It's similar legend of Mana but easier to know what to do and a dice battle mechanics. There is limited farming, mining, and spirit taming. You spend most of your time exploring new areas and building up the town as you meet new characters.

  6. I picked this up after your last video and it’s really cute! I agree with pretty much everything you said about it, the talking mini game is cute, and I like that I can just pick it up and play a little each day, without having to remember what was going on. It’s relaxing and personally I like the art style. Thanks for your videos I probably wouldn’t have known about this game otherwise!

  7. ugly sprites imo. Especially main character looks dumb. RF/HM always had superior character design compared to this abomination.
Also I feel censorship in dialogues already. " Please tell me what you look like?" like wtf? No normal pick you gender anymore? I'm 100% sure that in JP they have this.

  8. Picked up the game on day one because of who the developers were. I agree with everything you said and enjoy the game very much. I usually don't play side scrollers, but this game appealed to me. I still need to finish it, but I am playing it in between other games that came out afterwards. Thanks again for your reviews and let's play!

  9. spoiler alert!

I'm currently having trouble with the King Ma fight, everytime I kill him his daughter comes out and starts a war with us and I game over and start from my last save, I don't know what to do.
