  1. This game….it's just riddled with poor writing, inconsistency in the story arc and shoddy explanations given to the player along with Ethan no one wanted Winters as the main character. This game could have been great but it'll be forgotten like dead aim was.
Now Jack Baker was and is the thing that makes this feel like a resident evil game.

  2. Guess you could say This Residential Family were Evil seeing how biological the mold Virus might've brought there Murderous Intent or I should say there true characteristics
Lucas who had a Fetish of toying around yes Alive Test subjects or even captured half dead, made Traps outside to lure civilians that were on a hike probably a day of testing his own traps ,Because really how many did he actually Dismember and the amount of knowledge he develops overtime something about the virus does enhances the mind to make his intelligence pretty high up. As the bad Seed it really shows his Malicious intent to do the things he loves and that's toying his Victims.( Quite impressive ) sadly he wouldn't be saved since The Mega-Mind Seed was Influenced to much that the virus accepted his behavior as Someone impossible to control since he doesn't like losing,he would royal flush u in any way for him to win as u can see on Ethan's perspective he always was one step ahead with Lucas Traps as u keep advancing he gets predictable and finds different ways to eliminate u.
Jack baker when the virus overcomes jack his psychotic but is still inhabits the father figure to toy you around but respectfully giving the joke to chance to run away Giving u enough time to further your distance when being confronted by him when he surely knows there's no escape from this mad house
There are times when I was really scared the moment I lost him I was still in panic mode ( you remember the hallway through the dinner table during the family greeting well during that time I went downstairs and ran back were he broke the wall the one between the kitchen.well during that time I was on My way to that saferoom, thing is I didn't ran through it no I was moving slowly not crouching the moment I look on the left he walked passed through the kitchen while smiling that really made me paused the game and I began to fear alote through his A.I. ) either way he finds the thrill to have fun with Ethan even showing him how his supposed to drive while mimicking the obvious circumstances that he did that to show of his regenerated abilities killing himself with the gun. Which was really mysterious why he did that. Could the real Jack baker have a bit self control of his body for a second who knows but it really shows how much fun he really is having towards Ethan it's really a Son in law with Jack being the Father in law seeing how in revelations that Ethan was already dead the moment Jack baker ambushed him of the iconic line
    "WELCOME TO THE FAMILY SON"
    Now Marguerite Baker
Yeah no she I wouldn't say much other then her malicious intent is to make u feel uncomfortable In every situation
But that Resident evil Reference though the Forest of The plant boss really reminded me that map since you encountered bees which are mosquitos cause there just flying insects that was during the Resident evil 7 swamp segment those map layout was annoying because the amount of bees that are hard to ignore
( flame thrower required ) because Marguerite bee hive is beyond disturbing and annoying.when being found.
Other then that she beyond scared me
Resident evil 7 really was the best introduction of the series that brought that horror ambience back from its roots
    Though it was inspired from
P.T. Silent Hill both are better and beautiful In there own ways even if
P.T. was a demo showcase it still gave much more to be desired it's a shame because I really wanted Silent Hill to make a Comeback.

  3. Dead by dawn? That's probably the biggest Evil Dead reference since Mia crawling up the stairs.

EDIT I always thought LCS was the engineering College Lucas attended? Louisiana College of Science or something of the like

  4. I’ve always thought Lucas was one of the most evil characters in Resident Evil. I’m almost kinda disappointed Ethan wasn’t the one to kill Lucas. Although having Chris do it is also nice

  5. Shows the differing levels of evil with everyone who works for The Connections. The scientist are cold, indifferent and detached, acting like they aren't experimenting on humans. It's an impersonal evil that serves a purpose, they are doing evil for a reason, a means to reach an end goal. Lucas gets joy out of causing misery for no reason, for him it's personal, for him evil is the end goal.

  6. Of the Lucas vs. Chris situation I am of two mindsets:
    1. Chris how the heck did you let some kid get the jump on you.
    or
    2. Lucas' insanity made him so unpredictable it allowed him to be a threat to an experienced airman.
