Regarding the zombie zoo in outbreak that's file 2 the "sequel" of the outbreak series and also the first level of that game. The elephant is not not only your potential final boss of that scenario. It's also your stalker enemy of that scenario. File 2 of the outbreak games kind of go ham with the stalker enemy approach.

Capcom’s method of casting actors confuses me. On one hand they say they don’t want union actors which is why they fired people like Jolene Anderson and Alyson Court (though I think that was because she couldn’t do mocap) but on the other they proceed to cast several big name union actors like TJ Rotolo, Karen Strassman, Keith Silverstein, and even Bill Hope who is pretty famous. Not only that but several of the main cast like Nick and Stephanie joined the union now, they need to make up their minds. Also, good video.
